Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Mi Assist Studio ("Helthee," "we," "us") covering your use of the Helthee website and app. By using either, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Helthee.

What Helthee is

Helthee is a meal-planning tool. It builds a week of dinners and an aisle-sorted shopping list on your device, based on the store, budget, and preferences you give it, and it estimates grocery prices. Helthee is not medical, mental health, nutrition, financial, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those.

Estimated prices

All prices in Helthee are estimates, and the app labels them as estimates. Actual prices change by store, location, week, and sale, so your real receipt will differ. Estimates are meant to help you compare stores and stay near a budget, not to promise an exact total.

Health information and medical disclaimer

Helthee can help you plan meals that fit a health goal, such as diabetes-friendly, heart-healthy, or lower-sodium meals. Helthee is for general wellness and education only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace professional medical advice, and everyone's needs differ. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian about your own situation before relying on any plan, and seek professional care for any medical concern.

Using the app

Helthee runs on your device and does not require an account. You are responsible for the device you use it on. You must be at least 13 years old to use Helthee.

Subscriptions and billing

• Helthee is offered as a monthly plan at $9.99 or an annual plan at $59.99, each with a 3-day free trial. Prices are in USD and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically until cancelled.
• If you start the free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the plan you chose begins automatically.
• Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds for past charges are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

The plans, lists, and preferences you create belong to you and are stored on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Helthee. That includes attempting to break or overload the service, reverse engineering it, using it to violate the law, or reselling access without our permission.

Disclaimers and limits

Helthee is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free, and price estimates and meal suggestions can be imperfect. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending service

You can stop using Helthee and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the effective date, and note the change in the app when appropriate. Continuing to use Helthee after a change means you accept the new terms.
